  The outpatient center has not been a positive experience for the past year. I've waited in line for almost an hour because the desk was short handed. They told a family member that they were overbooked and could not be seen when there was no one in the waiting room, in the middle of the morning. They don't seem to follow any general guidelines or otherwise. It's a shame because the hospital is absolutely fantastic.
